Video capture cards
Video capture cards are used to connect external video sources to AxxonSoft software via analog interfaces. These sources are mostly surveillance cameras by various manufacturers that use the BNC interface and transmit the video signal in television PAL and NTSC formats.
AxxonSoft products are supplied with video capture cards* by YUAN and Stretch:
The video capture cards main objective is to encode analog video signal. Secondary objectives include digital processing of the signal to obtain the needed picture quality and otherwise customize the digital video stream. Tools used to this end are comb filter, interpolation, anti-aliasing, and color correction.
*A two-year warranty is provided for the video capture cards used with AxxonSoft products.
